House and bathing rules for the use of the AlbThermen

 

 

§ 1. Purpose
The house and bathing rules serve to ensure safety, order and cleanliness in the AlbThermen.


§ 2 liability

  1. It is binding for all house and bathers.

  2. The house rules can be used by every employee. Instructions of the staff or other agents with regard to the house and bathing rules must be followed. Visitors who violate the house and bathing rules can be expelled from the house. In such cases, the fee for using the facility will not be waived. The user expressly reserves the right to provide evidence that in this case the pool operator is entitled to no or significantly lower remuneration than the full entry fee. One for z. B. Fees paid for multiple cards are to be reimbursed at the request of the user in proportion to the remaining or reduced period of validity. In addition, a house ban can be issued by the management or their agents.



§ 3 opening times, prices

  1. The opening times and the current price list will be announced in the foyer and on the homepage.

  2. The bathing and sauna area must be vacated 30 minutes before the end of opening hours.

  3. Purchased admission tickets cannot be returned.

  4. Change must be checked immediately; later complaints will not be accepted.

  5. No compensation will be provided for lost cards, vouchers or vouchers. Value checks are valid for three years from the end of the year of issue. Point cards have a price-based validity of one year from the date of issue, and a total of three years from the end of the year of issue.



§ 4 access

  1. In principle, every person is free to visit the AlbThermen. The following restrictions apply in certain cases.

  2. Every user must have valid access authorization for the respective area of use. Passing on the access authorization is not permitted when entering the usage area.

  3. Children over 8 and under 16 are only allowed in when accompanied by an adult. For the duration of the stay, responsibility and duty of supervision lie with the accompanying person. Children under 8 years of age are not allowed in.

  4. People who cannot move safely without outside help, people with intellectual disabilities and people who suffer from fainting and / or seizures are only permitted to use the baths with a suitable companion.

  5. People who gain unlawful access to the bathroom and / or who use unauthorized services that are subject to a charge will be expelled from the bathroom immediately and reported.

  6. Anyone who sneaks access to the bathroom with the intention of not paying the fee is a criminal offense and will be reported. The attempt is also punishable and will be reported.

  7. Access is not permitted to persons:
    - those under the influence of intoxicating substances,
    - carry the animals with you,
    - who suffer from a reportable communicable disease (in case of doubt, a medical certificate may be required) or open wounds,
    - who openly wear unconstitutional tattoos.



§ 5 rules of conduct

  1. The AlbThermen are an exercise and relaxation pool, not a sports pool. The water has a temperature of 32 ° to 38 ° Celsius.

  2. The users have to refrain from anything that is contrary to good morals and the maintenance of security, peace and order. In particular, sexual acts and representations are prohibited.

  3. The facilities of the AlbThermen, including the items on loan, must be treated with care. In the event of improper and culpable use or damage, the user is liable for the damage. A special cleaning fee can be charged for culpable contamination, the amount of which is determined in each individual case according to the effort.

  4. Different regulations for clothing apply in individual bathroom areas. Commercially available swimwear must be worn in the thermal baths. The wearing of bathing burkini is permitted.

  5. The use of the textile sauna is only permitted in dry swimwear. A sufficiently large towel that corresponds to the body size should be placed on the wooden bench. The wooden parts must not be contaminated by sweat.

  6. Barefoot areas may not be entered with street shoes. Aids brought with them such as wheelchairs or rollators as well as wheeled suitcases must be cleaned by the user or their companion before entering the barefoot area.

  7. Users are not permitted to use musical instruments, sound or image reproduction devices or other media if this would annoy other users.

  8. Photography and filming of strangers and groups without their consent is not permitted. For commercial purposes and for the press, photography and filming require the prior approval of the management.

  9. Before using the pools and saunas, the body must be thoroughly cleaned. Body shaves of any kind, as well as manicures, pedicures, tinting and coloring hair are prohibited. A special cleaning fee can be charged for culpable contamination, the amount of which is determined in each individual case according to the effort.

  10. Every user has to be prepared for the typical dangers in a bathing establishment through increased caution. We recommend wearing non-slip bathing shoes.

  11. Food and drinks may only be brought along for your own consumption and may not be consumed in the gastronomy area of the thermal baths and sauna world. Bringing alcoholic beverages is not permitted.

  12. Fragile containers such as glass or china are not allowed.

  13. Smoking is only permitted in the designated areas. This also applies to electronic cigarettes.

  14. Lost property must be handed over to the staff and treated in accordance with the statutory provisions.

  15. Lockers and safe deposit boxes are only available to the user for the duration of their access authorization. There is no entitlement to use. The user is obliged to properly lock the cloakroom lockers and safe deposit boxes and to keep the chip bracelet or keys carefully. If the chip bracelet is lost, the contents of the cabinet will only be issued to the user after a thorough check. After closing time, all locked lockers and safe deposit boxes are opened and, if necessary, cleared. The content is treated as a lost property.

  16. Loungers may not be permanently covered with towels, bags or other objects. Items placed on the loungers will be cleared away by the staff if necessary.

  17. Jumping or swimming in the Erms is prohibited.

  18. Unless a doctor's prescription is available, it is recommended that you start with a bath for 5–10 minutes. The following baths should be increased by 3 - 5 minutes up to a maximum of 20 minutes. After the bath, you should definitely rest for 10-15 minutes.

  19. The catering area is to be entered with a dry bathrobe or bath towel.



§ 6 Behavior in the sauna area

  1. The sauna facility is used to promote health and relax the user. There are recommendations for this by the German Sauna Association. V.

  2. The sauna area is a textile-free area. In certain areas such as relaxation rooms and restaurants, special regulations apply.

  3. Sexual acts and presentations are prohibited.

  4. The use of the sweat rooms is only permitted without clothing.

  5. Loungers may only be used with a bathrobe or with a dry, body-sized pad.

  6. The gastronomy may only be visited in a bathrobe or a dry bath towel that envelops the body.

  7. Sauna and warm air rooms with wooden benches can only be used with a sufficiently large towel that corresponds to the body size. The wooden parts must not be contaminated by sweat.

  8. In steam and warm air rooms made of ceramic or plastic, seat pads should be used for reasons of hygiene. The seats should be cleaned with existing water hoses.

  9. Technical installations such as radiators, lighting fixtures, sauna heaters including their protective grilles must not be covered with objects.

  10. Only a towel / seat pad should be taken into sweat rooms.

  11. Bathing shoes may not be worn in the sauna and warm air rooms. For safety reasons, these are placed on the side in front of the sweat rooms.

  12. For reasons of mutual consideration, loud conversations, scraping sweat, brushing and scratching are not allowed in sweat rooms. Skin rubs / peelings with products you have brought with you, such as salt, honey, etc. are not permitted.

  13. You must shower before using the sweat rooms, the cold water plunge pool or other bathing pools.

  14. In rest rooms, users must be considerate and calm. Noises are to be avoided in quiet relaxation rooms.

  15. Telephoning, photography and filming are prohibited in the sauna area. Electronic media with which one can take photos and / or film (e.g. smartphone, tablet, e-book reader, etc.) may not be taken and used.

  16. People with health problems should clarify whether there are special risks for them when taking a sauna.

  17. Traditionally, there are special conditions in sauna and other sweat rooms, such as B. higher room temperatures, subdued lighting, step benches and different heat sources. These require the user to be particularly careful.

  18. Sauna infusions may only be carried out by staff. Bringing essences, in particular pouring them onto the stove, is prohibited.

 

§ 7 liability

  1. In principle, the operator is not liable for user damage. This does not apply to liability for a breach of essential contractual obligations and for liability for damage to the user resulting from injury to life, limb or health or for damage suffered by the user due to an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by the operator or his legal representatives or vicarious agents. Essential contractual obligations are those whose fulfillment enables the proper execution of the contract in the first place and on whose compliance the user can regularly rely.

  2. The limitation of liability according to § 7 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 and 2 also applies to vehicles parked in the AlbThermen's parking lots.

  3. The user is expressly advised not to take any valuables into the bathroom. The operator does not assume any security or duty of care for valuables that have been brought along. The operator is only liable for the loss of valuables, cash and clothing in accordance with the statutory provisions. This also applies to damage to the items by third parties.

  4. It is the sole responsibility of the user to lock them properly when using a cloakroom locker and / or a security locker, to check that the respective device is securely locked and to keep the chip bracelet / key carefully.

  5. In the event of culpable loss of the items provided by the bathroom operator (chip armbands / keys for cloakroom lockers / safe deposit boxes), a lump sum will be charged that does not exceed the damage that can be expected in the normal course of events. The cost of purchasing a new chip bracelet is 25 euros. An invoice will be issued for the cost of consumption (food / drink) booked on the chip bracelet. If the security locker key is lost, an invoice will be issued for the amount of the damage incurred. In all of the aforementioned cases, the user is expressly permitted to prove that no damage has occurred at all or that it is significantly lower than the lump sum.

  6. The operator is neither willing nor obliged to take part in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer dispute resolution body.



Come into effect
The house and bathing rules come into force on August 1st, 2020. The previous version for the AlbThermen is no longer in force.
